This is not the first time Patrick, 25, has been in trouble with the law.

The pair had not secured a license before playing in Washington Square Park, and police threatened to arrest them unless they secured the relevant paperwork.

A source said at the time: ‘After they sang the a cappella song, Pete went over to his guitar case like he was going to say, ‘Screw it,’ and just get out his guitar and start playing, but his manager, or his security, or some man in his team told him, ‘No, Pete, don’t do it – you can’t.’ ‘

The pair were in Rihanna’s native Barbados, when they began rowing while driving in a Range Rover.

The documents state: “They had an argument inside the car. Brown exited and broke the front driver and passenger side windows of the car. No one was injured during the incident.”

Three months before the February 8 altercation, the couple began rowing in Europe, resulting in the 21-year-old Umbrella singer slapping Chris.

The paper states that Chris responded by shoving her into a wall .

Further details of the February incident, which occurred shortly before the Grammy Awards in Chris’ rented Lamborghini, have also been revealed.

After Chris allegedly received a text message from an ex-lover, Rihanna said she became “enraged” and slammed both of her fists against the dashboard.

Chris stopped the car and tried to make her leave, with the argument escalating into the assault.

In the report, Chris states he is “remorseful for what I have done”.

Jonas Brother also spoke about his struggle with diabetes – a medical condition where the body does not produce enough or respond properly to insulin, and which can result in renal failure and blindness – saying he was keen to raise awareness of the condition.

He explained to CNN show ‘The Situation Room’: “I’m here to basically raise awareness and encourage people to continue to do what they can to raise awareness as well in their own circle and on a broader scale.

“Obviously, we’ve made some advances in technology to better manage our diabetes, but we’re hoping for a cure one day, and that’s what the main goal is.”

She explained to the USA Today newspaper: “I have a new boost of energy. All the creative juices are flowing, and I’m having so much fun in the studio because I’m making dance records. And I’m working with producers who are just as curious about the sound internationally, too.”

She said: “He was passionate about having this baby and it was flattering. But I was shocked he was trying to involve me. For me, it was never going to happen.”

Although Susan, 32, turned down the Michael’s requests, she claimed he pestered her for seven months to have his child, with the last time being just weeks before he died.

However, Susan – who first met the Bad singer through a mutual friend 11 years ago – insisted she didn’t want anything to do with his plan as she wouldn’t want to give up a child.

She told Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper: “I came up with excuses to put him off. I said I’d never give my children away and wanted my child to be raised in the UK not America.

“I even said I wanted them to lead as normal a childhood as possible and didn’t want them wearing masks like his children. Nothing I said had an impact.”

Susan claimed Michael first raised the idea of fathering a tot with her last October after she complained to him about not being able to find a suitable man.

She said he then told her: “I want to give you children. We should have a baby together.”

As well as Susan, Michael was also keen for singer Beyonce Knowles and model Tyra Banks to have his baby.

Susan said: “Michael Jackson admired Beyonce and Tyra and said he would love it if they would have a child with him.

British tack cyclist Sir Chris Hoy said he frequently listens to the band in order to gear himself up before races.

Sir Chris, named 2008′s BBC Sports Personality of the Year after winning three gold medals at the summer Olympics in Beijing, said he has a set playlist of songs that help psyche him up.

He said: “At the Athens Olympics [in 2004], I was on the edge of being too anxious before the race so I listened to Massive Attack’s ‘Angel’ to get in the right frame of mind,” he told Deadline Scotland.

He added: “But there are some faster tracks that I can turn to as well. I’m a big fan of the Foo Fighters and some of their tracks instantly bring you back to the stages of the race.
